MeetMo.io provides various viewing options within a space to organize and display content based on user roles and shared content. This guide explains how to navigate and adjust these viewing settings, whether you’re a participant or the director.

Viewing Options in MeetMo:

1. Accessing View Options:

  • Click the View icon (indicated by an arrow) in the toolbar to see available viewing modes. These can be adjusted by you or, if enabled, by the director for everyone in the space.

2. Tile View:

  • A general view where each participant has equal screen space, ideal for collaborative sessions.

3. Stage View:

  • Positions primary and secondary participants on the left, while shared devices, files, or screens are highlighted on the right for better visibility.

4. Horizontal View:

  • Highlights the primary participant on one side with secondary participants on the other, providing a clear focus on the main speaker or content.

5. Vertical View:

  • Places the primary feed at the top with secondary feeds below, ideal for presentations where the main speaker is showcased above others.

6. Full Screen Mode:

  • Activated by double-clicking on any participant or shared content, making it full screen on your device. Directors can also set full screen for everyone in the space.

Conclusion: These viewing options help you tailor your experience in MeetMo spaces, whether you’re focusing on specific speakers, content, or a collaborative tile layout. Understanding the viewing hierarchy allows for smooth navigation and controlled interaction.
