In MeetMo.io, you have the flexibility to record entire meeting spaces or individual feeds, such as a presentation or a specific device. This guide walks you through how to record both options and manage your recordings effectively.
Steps to Record the Entire Space:
1. Start Recording the Space:
In the meeting space, navigate to the last icon on the right in your bottom menu labeled Settings.
Click on Start Recording to begin recording the entire space. All participants will be notified that the recording has started.
2. End the Recording:
When you're ready to stop, return to the Settings icon and click End Recording. The space recording is now complete.
Steps to Record Individual Feeds:
1. Hover Over the Feed:
To record a specific feed (such as a participant, device, screen share, or streamed feed), hover your mouse over the desired feed. A red icon will appear.
2. Start Recording the Feed:
Click on the red icon, and select Start Recording. The participant will be notified that they are being recorded.
3. End the Recording:
When you are satisfied with the recording, click the same button to stop and save the footage.
Accessing and Managing Recordings:
1. Access the Recordings Menu:
To view your recordings, click on the Recordings icon in the bottom menu. A pop-up will appear, showing a list of all recordings.
2. Recording Details:
The pop-up displays details such as the name of the person or device recorded, the type of feed (participant, screen, space, file, device), and an Action dropdown menu.
3. Action Menu Options:
Select: Perform the same action on multiple recordings.
Play: View the recording directly in your browser.
Download: Save the recording in high resolution for use in external editing software.
Stream to Space: Present the footage to others in the meeting, allowing everyone to review or discuss it.
Conclusion: Recording spaces and individual feeds in MeetMo gives you full control over capturing your meetings and presentations. You can easily manage recordings, download them, or even stream them back into the space for further review and discussion.
