Description: Subspaces in MeetMo.io allow you to organize your production into different steps and manage crew access more effectively. Whether it’s a producer’s room, a writer’s room, or a post-production office, subspaces help you streamline workflows. This guide covers how to create and manage subspaces.
Steps to Create and Manage Subspaces:
1. Access the Main Space:
Start by opening the main space where you want to add a subspace.
2. Navigate to the "Subspaces" Tab:
In the top menu bar, select “Subspaces.” This will bring you to the subspace management window, where you can see all existing subspaces and create new ones.
3. Add a New Subspace:
To add a new subspace, click the “Add New Subspace” button in the top right corner. A default subspace will be created, which you can rename by clicking on the pen icon next to the subspace name.
4. Manage Subspaces:
In each subspace, you’ll find options to:
Join Subspace: Click this to enter the subspace.
Share Subspace: Easily share the subspace with other team members.
Delete Subspace: Remove the subspace if it’s no longer needed.
5. Active Members in Subspaces:
You can also see which members are active in the subspaces. The main space is always listed at the top, and active members are shown in real time.
Conclusion: Creating and managing subspaces in MeetMo allows you to break down your production into manageable sections, such as a producer’s room or post-production office. With the ability to add, share, or delete subspaces and monitor active members, subspaces offer a flexible way to organize your team’s workflow.
