In MeetMo.io, user hierarchy is organized to ensure everyone’s role and involvement are clear in a meeting. This guide explains the hierarchy of Participants and Guests, along with the levels of Primary, Secondary, and Hidden roles, enabling effective space management.

User Categories and Roles in MeetMo:

1. Participants vs. Guests:

  • Participants: Typically team members involved in the project.

  • Guests: Often external users, such as end viewers, listeners, or members from other teams.

2. Permission Levels:

  • Both Participants and Guests can be assigned the following roles:

    • Primary: Main focus of the meeting, usually highlighted at all times with the largest screen size. Reserved for key figures like directors, CEOs, coordinators, or main speakers.

    • Secondary: Include everyone who shares screen space but isn’t the primary highlight. This includes contributors who are not the main focus.

    • Hidden: Meant for large audiences, students, or team members who should not appear or interact. Hidden users can see everything shared but cannot interact with others or interfere in the meeting.

Quick Recap:

  • Primary Participants/Guests: Main focus, largest screen size, constant visibility.

  • Secondary Participants/Guests: Screen-sharing contributors without main focus.

  • Hidden Users: Spectators without interaction capabilities.

Conclusion: The hierarchy of Primary, Secondary, and Hidden roles in MeetMo allows directors and coordinators to properly position each person based on their role, ensuring a smooth and organized meeting experience.
