As a director or a user with full permissions in MeetMo.io, you have the ability to perform several actions on specific user feeds during a meeting. This guide outlines the available tools and controls for managing participant feeds or streamed devices.
Actions on User Feeds:
1. Hovering Over a Feed:
When you hover over a feed, several icons will appear in each corner, offering various tools and information.
2. Bottom Left Corner – Basic Info:
Displays the participant or device name and indicates whether audio is being shared.
3. Top Left Corner – Network Analytics and Record Feed:
Network Analytics Icon: Visualize data related to the participant’s signal strength and connectivity. You can also run network tests, which will be covered in detail in future tutorials.
Record Feed Icon: Allows you to record the specific feed. We’ll explore this feature in a future guide.
4. Top Right Corner – Annotations and More Options:
Annotations Icon: This tool enables you to draw shapes or write over the feed, ideal for highlighting points during a presentation or meeting.
More Options Icon: Provides additional tools such as muting or removing users temporarily or permanently.
5. Bottom Right Corner – Full Screen:
Full Screen Option: Allows you to scale the selected feed to full screen, helping you focus on one specific feed without distractions from others.
